These Hosting Service Terms and Conditions ("Hosting Terms") govern the hosting service provided by Style Boulevard Limited OA CORNERSTONE SITE ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong. By subscribing to the hosting service, you ("the customer") agree to these Hosting Terms, which supplement the Terms of Service for our automated website rebuild and hosting services. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe to the hosting service.

1. Introduction

These Hosting Terms apply to the hosting service for websites rebuilt by our platform. The one-time website rebuild service is governed by our Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

• Hosting Service: Server space, bandwidth, and related services to host your rebuilt website.
• Subscription: Ongoing agreement for the Hosting Service, billed monthly or annually.

3. Subscription and Payment

• The Hosting Service is billed automatically via Airwallex on a monthly or annual basis, as chosen at sign-up. See our Pricing Page for the current fee.
• An invoice is emailed upon successful billing.
• Payments are due on the billing date. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of the Hosting Service.
• Accepted payment methods are processed via Airwallex.
• For annual subscriptions, a reminder is sent 14 days before the billing date.

4. Consent to Recurring Payments

• By subscribing, you consent to recurring charges on your payment method for the Hosting Service.
• You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us, as outlined in Section 7.

5. Service Description

• The Hosting Service includes server space, bandwidth, and basic support for hosting your rebuilt website.
• We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Occasional maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for managing your website content and ensuring it complies with all applicable laws.
• You must secure your account credentials and any applications or scripts added to your website.
• You agree not to use the Hosting Service for illegal activities, spamming, resource abuse (e.g., excessive bandwidth or CPU usage), or hosting prohibited content (e.g., adult material, infringing content, malware).

7. Cancellation and Termination

• By You: You may cancel the Hosting Service at any time via your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no refunds for the period already paid.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate the Hosting Service for non-payment, violation of these Hosting Terms, or other reasons outlined in the Terms of Service, with reasonable notice where feasible.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your website data may be deleted after a brief grace period (e.g., 7-14 days). Your license to use the rebuilt website code survives termination, but access to the Hosting Service ceases.

8. Backups and Security

• We may perform routine backups of the hosting infrastructure, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your website content. We are not liable for data loss.
• We implement security measures for the hosting platform, but you are responsible for the security of any applications or scripts you add.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the Hosting Service.
• Our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid by you for the Hosting Service in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law

• These Hosting Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
